Only thing that’s good is the view other than that….it wasn’t great at all. Dirty room when you let the front desk know they don’t care. No hair dryers, smells like mold. Constantly slamming doors because the hotel needs upgrades badly. Never again.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile by the front desk lady, and it was already late. When I entered my room, I didn’t know there would be a single door INSIDE my room (159) that would lead to the next room (160). That was an unpleasant situation, as I could smell, hear, and even see the next door room. The room also had sand and dirt on the floor. The bathroom door was broken, it couldn’t close without the hinge attached on the door that wasn’t even screwed to the wall. I’m very disappointed, but I did get what I paid for. Would not recommend.

Due to limited parking, you cannot leave due to everybody at Sharkey’s taking up most of the parking guest have no way to park except for an overflow it’s across the street and up the road when I pay to stay somewhere, I should be able to park and go and come as I please not feel like you’re trapped there and have to walk anywhere you wanna go

The property location itself was fine and the beach was great. However, the staff is not friendly at all. The “clean” room had sand all over the floor and we had black feet. The AC unit was falling apart and rusted. The door to the patio was jammed half the time and locked us out on our patio where we had to call for help. They knew, they knew of this issue and had an attitude about it. They did replace the doorknob after being locked out. I asked for an accommodation and I was looked at as if they didn’t understand me. I will never stay here again

Sharky’s the restaurant next door is allowed to park on their parking lot and extra lot so there is never any parking. Not in front of the hotel nor 2 blocks away! This is at all times of the day and night. Needs lots of repair inside the rooms

I truthfully only liked the beach. The room we stayed in was absolutely horrible and disgusting. There was mold on the floors, on the ceilings, and behind the beds. plus there were like dead bugs behind the beds and tables as well. We didn’t stay in our room besides to sleep and take a shower. Also, I would like to mention that we got put in room 369. while being in that room we had a family who the front desk made keys for on our second day; try to come into our room. Thankfully we had the security lock on. The experience was extremely scary because while they were trying to come in our room, me and my friend were both naked after getting out of the shower and trying to get dressed. Oh everything was also so gross if I didn’t explain that well enough on top of the mold and bugs, the microwave was rusted the tables were sticky and the floors definitely had not been swept in god knows how long. I tried to refrain from making this review but I have never stayed at a place in pcb that was so disgusting and I’ve been going for years.
