I have my favorites and among them is the Namgyal. It’s not only comfortable, with a wonderful dining room/hang out area, solar room, private bathrooms, hot showers (!!!) and delicious food—best veggie burger I’ve ever had, savory Sherpa stew and divine apple pie—but it’s a place you want to stay for two……
