Panhandle Plains Historic Hotel

"Professional and speedy check in. We prepaid through Expedia and were welcomed and checked in quickly. Our room is very clean. The bed is super comfy. The dining choices are great! We chose Saltgrass Steakhouse and was very pleased. It was literally a few minutes drive from the hotel! We have traveled through Amarillo a few times, this was our first time choosing here and it was the right choice!"

"Tina at the front desk was amazing - friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was super - was right on top of things and blessed us as we left. The breakfast was good - waffles, egg rounds, sausage rounds, yogurt, bread, hot and cold cereals. Bed were comfortable. This is a very large motel with access to each room from the outside. As a consequence, our room was a long way from the front desk and breakfast, so we had to pack up first and then drive around to the front to have breakfast. Would stay here again."
