「Breakfast was good, beds comfy, water pressure sucked and the pool was dirty」

「There was nothing unique about this property. For years I have stayed at La Quinta hotels as one of my first choice, but this one was one of the worst. Sheets were stained. Water from shower dripping all night where I couldn’t get some sleep. The door had the latch broken and dirty ironing board. Room service knocking at the door early in the am when checkout time is at 11 am. Spoke with guest agent at the front desk about the worst experience. She said trying to justify the early knocking is...

「We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room. Without my husband there to help I could not have gotten in the bathroom much less tried to take a shower, there were no grab bars. Horrible stay.」

「Booked two rooms one with 2 beds one with one bed it was wrong and took getting mgr involved to fix it. The amenities were fee as far as shampoo and soap It was clean and Room was nice enough」
