“De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en……

“Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware.”

“Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Some days they don’t come to clean your room and the day they do they don’t leave you the right towels. 2 bath towels and no hand towels. Pillows were stinky of other people’s sweat, just felt……

“I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to……

“The property is located near the top of Mount Isarog”

“Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!”
