「The staff are great but according to the locals OYO have ruined the place and dont care. Which is a shame as the staff all try so hard without support.」

「Clean, well presented, friendly helpful staff and a decent breakfast! Couldn't ask for any more, was a great place to stay. We only stayed one night but would be happy to return and stay longer! Highly recommended」

「The room was gorgeous and spotless, which made it such a shame that we didn’t sleep. There was a loud, continuous noise through the night, possibly from a generator, and it kept me awake. I was exhausted the next day. Parking was a little difficult, and the surrounding area felt quite run down. We didn’t see any staff, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The room itself was lovely; unfortunately, the noise really affected our stay.」

「The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️」

「Lovely stay at the Bear. Food was excellent and the room clean. Staff were very helpful. Always enjoy my visit.」

「房間整潔，床亦夠大，寵物友善。」

「It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay」

「good and quiet place for relax」

「Clean rooms, great instructions to enter the parking lot, great hot breakfast, hopefull hosts」

「Friendly people, needs investment, but I’ll return 😉」

「Decent apartment, aimed at long stay I’d guess. Comfy bed No toiletries, would have liked tea, coffee, milk, kitchen roll or something kitchen wise…and a dishwasher rather than a washing machine…but as I say fine for longer stay Also lounge sofa smelt bodyish Good communication though 」

「The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.」

「Everything was perfect to what we wanted」
