"This was the worst experience I've ever had. I was never given access to the apartment after messaging and calling multiple times. Agents from Travelocity attempted calling to no avail. I never even got to step foot in the apartment and ended up spending $300 on a room at a nearby hotel. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. "

"The apartment was amazing value for money, it comfortably slept 4, was well designed and laid out very well presented and had everything you need kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge, the showers were fantastic.
Honestly can’t fault the room and the host was great left us to it and when we messaged they replied fast.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...
