Perfect Home Base for a Relaxing Stay in PaphosWe had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The house was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break.The location is brilliant — close to shops, restaurants, and the harbour, but still quiet enough to feel like a proper getaway. The pool area was a real highlight, perfect for lazy mornings and cooling off in the afternoon sun.The layout worked really well for our group:•Bedrooms: Both rooms were comfortable and cool, and having a sofa bed in the living room gave us extra flexibility.•Bathrooms: Three bathrooms meant no queues in the morning — such a bonus when travelling with friends or family!•Amenities: The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer made longer stays super convenient.The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out really smooth. We also appreciated the little touches — fresh towels and clear instructions.Overall, this place is a gem. Great value for money, brilliant location, and really comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sunny, stress-free base in Paphos.

Bed was like a rock, dirty,cat scratched, nicotine stained (i hope), i bought my own protector and sheets to be able to sleep there. parasol was ripped, every area was dirty, dirty washing was left in the property and there wasnt enough towels or bedding.Sofa bed is broken and not fit for purpose, despite the best efforts to fix it it collpapsed again soon after.Patio furniture is unsafe, cracked and broken. The bushes on the path to the property are overgrown and the path was littered with cigarettes. The owner did drop "fresh bedding" but, wasnt at all remorseful about the state of the property. We bought air beds and our own bedding from a "jumbo" in the end to get by.Wasnt expecting the Ritz, but,was expecting a clean property with functional furniture and bedding. The pool area is basic, no complaints about the complex which is mainly privately owned. There's about 6 at a push 7 parking spaces, these are usually all taken so you have to risk your car on the road.The noise levels around here were unreal, dont expect to sleep very well!!! Between construction noise, clubs, building works and the main road the noise was unbearable.I wouldn't stay in this appartment again unless serious work was done to improve it in several ways (new beds,new CLEAN bedding and towels provided,new patio furniture and funishings, general BASIC cleaning was done regularly in between rentals etc)

Excellent stay. This place has got everything a family needs and location is great. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the harbour which is a lively place to eat, drink, swim and shop. There’s plenty of archeological sites to see within walking distance too, but if you’re going to either the water park or tombs of kings I’d recommend booking a taxi, as we walked and found both a bit too much in the heat. The house itself has everything you need, access was easy, kitchen well stocked, beds are reasonably comfy and spacious bedrooms both with air con, also an air con unit in the lounge but that didn’t work as well as the bedroom units, which was fine for us as we’re a family of 4 so didn’t sleep on the lounge bed. If you use the downstairs toilet DO NOT lock the door. My daughter did and got locked in as, unless there’s a knack to it, it only unlocks from the outside. The pool here is great, never got really busy or noisy either, and can be used 8-8pm which was great for me to get a few lengths in. There’s a super restaurant up the road only about 5 minutes walk, Pambis. Friendly staff, good food and good prices. There’s also a couple of supermarkets and a take away (street food style) en route that has most things you’d need. All in all a lovely holiday and I’d definitely recommend this property. Matthew was super helpful booking our transfer from the airport which all went smoothly. Thanks.

Quiet, cool and clean

Nice clean place that stayed cool in the heat. Great location walking into town or to the market close by and the neighborhood restaurant. The furniture patio was a bit worn out and so was the community pool chaise lounges. If they spiffed that up it would be ideal. Mathew was super helpful. Very relaxing stay. Thanks!

Good location. House clean with plenty of towels and bedding. Solar heating of hot water a bonus. Some of outside furniture shabby, broken and unusable. No UL television. Netflix available if you have an account. A couple of issues with Internet and electric supply resolved promptly by Matt.

The house was well furnished and the owner was really helpful when we had a small issue. The complex is lovely with a nice pool which isn't overly busy. I would stay here again.

Paphos

Property is in a quiet residential area, one bedroom has an on suite and the other a lovely little balcony with a loo next to it. Everything is close at hand, there is a couple of bars nearby a shop or two and a Gym. 10 mins walk will get you to the harbour and you will find restaurants and bars to suit everyone. I could not fault the accommodation.

Great apartment, roomy and well appointed it had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable place to stay while visiting Paphos for a family wedding. It is in walking distance to the shore front (20 mins or so) and restaurants so we didn’t need a hire car, and is in a nice quiet location. The host, Matt, couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful or responsive to queries, helping us extend our time as we’d a late evening flight. The tips for local shops and taxi to the airport were spot on. Highly recommend!

Comfortable stay in an excellent location.

Spacious accommodation on a small, clean complex close to the centre of Pathos Kato harbour area. Really comfortable homely feel, equipped with everything we needed. A perfect location, quiet complex but a short easy walk to bars, restaurants, shops. Also central to all the sites and attractions in the west of Cyprus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sauberkeit und Kindertauglichkeit

Wir haben die Immobilie leider in einem ungepflegten und schmutzigen Zustand vorgefunden. Der Vermieter war zwar per E-Mail erreichbar aber hat nichts veranlasst, als wir mitgeteilt haben, dass wir die gesamte Immobilie am Abend als wir angekommen sind erstmal gründlich putzen mussten. Es war aber nicht nur die Sauberkeit der Böden ein Problem, sondern auch die Sauberkeit der Hausgegenstände und vor allem Küchenutensilien. Alles war verstaubt und der alte Schmutz auf Küchenutensilien hat sich kaum entfernen lassen, so dass diese erkennbar seit langem nicht sauber gemacht worden sind. Die Einrichtung und Gegenstände die in der Immobilie drin standen, waren leider nicht kindertauglich. Einen kinderstuhl war auch nicht vorhanden und der Vermieter hat uns da auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen können oder wollen. Wir hatten die Immobilie für 10 Tage und hatten bereits am Anfang angegeben, dass wir ein einjähriges Kind haben. Das heißt ein kinderstuhl war für uns wichtig, also mussten wir nach Nikosia mit dem Auto fahren und einen Kinderstuhl von Ikea besorgen.

Nice house could be better

First impression when we managed to open the door was tired and shabby. House needs a really deep cleaning. The house needs a lot of maintenance doing. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean. Beyond this we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Matthew for allowing us to leave our luggage on the last day.

Great Holiday

This is the second year we have stayed in this property and it was just as good as last time. It is a good house, in a good location on a nice complex. The bonus for us is that it has it's only little private area where you can sit and not be disturbed. Just a short walk down to the harbour and to the bars. Would recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back next year

Very comfortable/Great location

We stayed in Matthew's house for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar, we found it to be very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect within a 15 min walk of everything. The farm shop close by was great for fresh produce at a reasonable price. There are plenty of places to eat and we went to the local pub the Rugby Arms for the weekly quiz and Sunday lunch. Our family came to stay and there was a cot and even a buggy and the small private garden was ideal for our little grandson to play safely in. We would recommend it to anyone.

Great Place to stay

We stayed a week here end of May and had a great time. It is a lovely little property on a small complex. It does face the road (but just go out the back door to the pool). We preferred this as you are away from others. There is a small semi private patio. totally enclosed from the road, plenty of outdoor chairs and sunbeds and a couple of parasols. Actual accommodation is lovely, one room downstairs with sofas, dining table and kitchen which has a washing machine. Up a few stairs to the loo, then carry on up to 2 well sized bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower over the bath) and an en-suite walk in shower room with sink. There is air conditioning, which was needed as it was very hot and all the kitchen utensils you need for a weeks stay. Bonus of good wi-fi connection and English TV. House is actually a short walk down to the beach and harbour but that is good as it is away from all the noise of the late night bars. Would defiantly recommend this property and would book here again

Fantastic

Truly a very comfortable, well equipped home from home. Everything anybody could need and more is in this very comfortable accommodation. We had a car so distance wasn’t an object, but it is quite a way to walk to the front especially in the extreme heat like we had last week🌞
