The villa is within walking distance of amenities, and a regular bus service operates to Paphos Town, Kato Paphos Harbour, hotels, shops and restaurants, and historic sites. Kato Paphos is an ideal location as it is within walking distance of all amenities, including the harbour, supermarkets and shops of all types, banks, pharmacies, archaeological sites and schools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars for entertainment. The castle was originally a Byzantine fort built to protect the harbour. It was rebuilt by the Lusignan in the 13th century, and taken down in 1570 by the Venetians, who could not defend it against the Ottomans, who restored and strengthened it after capturing the island. The legacy of the town's remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO added the entire city to its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tomb of the Kings, the pillar to which Saint Paul was allegedly tied and whipped and the ancient Odeon Theatre. As you enter, you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living and dining area, which glass sliding doors will lead you to the spacious backyard garden with sunbeds, an outside table and chairs, Cypriot-style BBQ (foukou), and the private swimming pool.

Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining area features a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 6. A guest toilet is located on the ground floor.

When reaching the next floor via the stairs, there are three bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom has an amazing view of the city, pool, and Mediterranean Sea. There are two more twin bedrooms on this floor, and they share a bathroom. The washing machine and extra closet are also located on this level.

Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. The villa offers private parking for up to 2 cars.

All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking or Pets: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.
