It is OK price per value property. The place is spacious and clean with a sufficient kitchen. We had a rental car to go to the beach and around - it was very helpful. We also saw a bus near by.

very helpful and friendly host George, who facilitaded our tours during our stay. we were just a bit disappointed with having to pay more for the use of air conditioning which is distressing, I would rather have it included in the cost of the room considering it is a very hot country.

Won't be coming back.

My partner and I were only staying one night. It took us a bit to find the reception, as it is not very well signed. The room was a one bedroom apartment size place and was very clean and spacious. The location was not the best - directly adjacent to the hotel's pool area with the windows of our room facing into the public and a opaque curtain giving us at least some privacy. We spent most of the time outside of the room exploring the town. The bed was alright - not the best but not the worst. The next morning, we found that the shower would only give luke warm water. We tried giving it more time to heat up and turned on every electrical switch we could, but no luck. We dealt with the cool showers and checked out as soon as possible. We didn't want to waste time to have the hotel call a repair person and fix it - we didn't want to loose vacation time. If you have time to deal with getting the water fixed or other things, this place would be great for you. We won't be staying there again.

I think it would be a great place to stay for a family in the summertime whose kids love the pool. Unfortunately the pool is not heated so it was too cold when we were there in November.

Nice apartments, few issues and bit out the way

The beginning of our experience wasn't good. We were travelling to meet friends to celebrate an up coming 50th. We booked the appts within 5 mins. They were travelling for Exeter on Saturday and us from Luton on Sunday. Less than 24hrs before our friends were due to fly they received a phone call saying appts full!!!! You cannot believe the stress and upset this caused. To cut a long story short, over 2 hours on the phone they were offered another accomendation which was 15 min walk from oracle and had no pool or bar etc. Having no choice they had to take it. We had a big enough appt to accomendate us all but Expedia said they could not discuss our booking as well! The oracle apartments are spacious, cleaning well didn't get ours done until day 5 because we weren't in when they cane! The taps in bathroom trickle and showers take 15 mins to get hot. Don't bother getting a safe as they bring it out to you and place it in the wardrobe!!!! Not locked in! The bar staff are what made out holiday, fab guys, great service and lovely food. Bus stop outside appt although we chose to walk, takes about 15 mins to main strip or 45 to harbour. This would have been a really good holiday had our friends been staying here with us as planned. Has made me worried about booking with Expedia in the future. They didn't seem that concerned about the situation. It cost us extra on taxis

All you need for a relaxing break

After our hotel was cancelled by teletext holiday (for no reason) I quickly booked a room at Oracle Exclusive Resort for the few days that my husband, my sister and I stayed in Paphos. I was so happy that I did! The room was really clean, had tasteful, bright, modern decor, fridge, washing machine and all the appliances you need. The pool area was beautiful and really peaceful. Gym facilities were modern with good equipment. The staff were really helpful and friendly, including the pool bar. Just the laid back atmosphere, pool area, music - just made our stay really enjoyable.

George is a excellent asset to the Oracle team. He is very pleasant and will help with anything and everything. Everywhere that George recommended was spot on. We asked George for all the information and he never once pushed us into anything. Perfect Host, thank you George.

Unhelpful staff, dirty apartments

Really rude, unhelpful staff at hotel, would not answer a single query. Almost none of the lightbulbs were working, there were cockroaches all over the floor and a silverfish infestation in the sofas. Noise pollution from the bar at all hours of the night and dogs howling in a kennel nearby. Nothing in the area. Waste of money.

Good Basic Hotel

Inexpensive. Was ok for us as we just needed somewhere to sleep although the beds were uncomfortable, they were better last year but we were in different appartment then. Crockery and cutlery had to be washed before we could use it. There were no plugs for bath so had to use shower. Was fine for 3 nights but wouldn't stay for week in that hotel.

Hotel has potential but needs a bit of attention

Good standard of accommodation but looked like being renovated so various unfinished bits around the hotel. 2 bed suite was big and modern though. Only there for 1 night. Will be good when renovations have finished
