The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. When I booked on Expedia, it was marked as including breakfast, but later I...

「This was a lovely property and Kim and her family were wonderful. My husband almost drowned and had to be hospitalized in Glenwood Springs and Kim’s daughter Tiffany and her husband visited him twice and took him flowers and goodies from Starbucks. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the alpaca ranch to everyone! Thanks again」

「The experience of this property is absolutely amazing! The hosts who run the farm are kind and great to work with. The alpacas really turn it into a fun and memorable experience as opposed to just another place to stay. The house was wonderful, clean, and overall great to stay in.」
