Room was clean,fridge was super cold,beds were not terrible,pool has no rails by the steps so a lil dangerous but the pool area and patio was super nice. So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Responsive host, clean facilities. But with thin walls, easy to hear conversations from next door. Upstairs neighbors could be heard walking and speaking, especially when they checking in very late, after 10 PM. Hangers in closet would have been nice to hang our coats.
