“Nous sommes déçus sur plusieurs points:
- la chambre réservée à la base n’était pas possible au vu de l’âge de nos enfants mais non précisé sur le site et non précisé lorsque l’hôtel a reçu ma réservation il y a un mois via expédia. J’ai été prévenue de cela le jour même ! Or si j’avais su que je devais payer un supplément, j’aurai annulé la chambre puisque j’avais cette option jusque le veille.
- le manque d’intimité des toilettes de la suite ( pas de verrou) mais une porte vitre en verre……

“The room was comfortable and the grounds were very pleasant. The walls are thin so we could hear a lot of noise from the children in the next room one night.
We had an enjoyable meal on New Year's Eve but we were not told until the day that everything would be closed (apart from breakfast) on New years day!
We had the most heavenly massage, really recommended. We loved the animals and the 'farm to fork' ethos and local produce. ”
