     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Protaras Villa 1461.

     Protaras Villa 1461 is a new and spacious villa just 3 minutes walk to Pernera Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.

     The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofas, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.

     The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two large single beds and a family bathroom.

     The garden area is spacious with a mature garden high quality furniture and a good BBQ.

     Overall Protaras Villa 1461 is ideal for a family holiday.

     Protaras Villa 1461 is located in one of the best locations of Protaras-Pernera area, a gated development just 3 minutes walk to the picturesque Pernera Beach. Within a 300 metre radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.

Good but certainly not l new or luxurious

Enjoyed our stay in the property which was well located and provided good facilities. However the description of luxurious furnishings and a new property are clearly not accurate. The furnishings are slightly worn in places and external cushions were dirty. Bedroom furnishings were mid range at best and the low beds were a disappointment. Some of the electrical equipment was aged and the food blender broken. We were also surprised to have a management agent come into the pool area unannounced to show the property to prospective customers.
