A pousada de modo geral Ć© boa. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ com variedades, quarto com camas confortĆ”veis e travesseiros e roupas de cama novos. Ficamos hospedados no anexo, que fica longe da pousada principal, onde ficam o bar, cafĆ© da manhĆ£, piscina, etc. Tem que caminhar numa estrada de chĆ£o, que nos dias de chuva fica muito ruim: calƧados sujos e roupas molhadas. No anexo nĆ£o tem estacionamento, o carro fica no mato ao lado da rua. NĆ£o tem seguranƧa.

Bonita Pousada

Pousada bonita e bem cuidada, Ć³timo cafĆ© da manhĆ£. Quarto amplo, cama confortĆ”vel, porĆ©m prĆ³ximo a recepĆ§Ć£o, a acĆŗstica nĆ£o eh boa, Ć© possĆ­vel ouvir barulho atĆ© do restaurante, a cortina tem um blackout que deixa passar parcialmente a luz, ficando claro o quarto. localizaĆ§Ć£o boa, porĆ©m 20 min. de caminhada atĆ© o centro histĆ³rico, fomos de carro todos os dias. Indicaram passeio de escuna (Banzay), que foi Ć³timo, imperdĆ­vel almoƧo servido a bordo gostoso e com preƧo bom. Fomos tambĆ©m em um passeio de Jeep 4x4 (paraty tour) indicado pela pousada. o jeep era velho, fomos muito apertados pois estava lotado, passeio em 2 cachoeiras e dois alambiques que dura 5 horas, porem sĆ£o perto e Ć© possĆ­vel ir de carro com tranquilidade e gastar apenas meio perĆ­odo do dia, o guia nĆ£o explicava sobre os locais, nĆ£o ficamos contentes.

Lugar muito bonito e limpo

Atendimento muito bom, a Juliana na recepĆ§Ć£o sempre muito simpĆ”tica. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito bom, sempre abastecido. Local muito bonito, muito limpo. Uma cama queen seria muito bem vinda. A Ćŗnica ressalva Ć© quando reservar pelo hoteis.com tomar muito cuidado, pois no anĆŗncio em destaque aparecia que tinha banheira no quarto duplo casarĆ£o e isso nĆ£o Ć© verdade. Ao questionar na recepĆ§Ć£o fiquei surpreso pois falaram que eles nĆ£o trabalham com o hoteis.com nem com Expedia.

Fiquei nos quartos distantes da recepĆ§Ć£o os com nome de pessoas, tem que andar alguma metros para tomar cafĆ©, se estiver chovendo jĆ” viu nĆ©! Estadia maravilhosa!

A pousada Ć© maravilhosa, ela tem uma estrutura muito boa! O quarto Ć© confortĆ”vel, espaƧoso e super limpo. Apenas sentimos falta de tomada perto da cama. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ completo e nĆ£o sentimos falta de nada, mesmo com bastante gente. Em relaĆ§Ć£o aos espaƧos comuns, utilizamos a piscina, que Ć© lindĆ­ssima. O atendimento da recepĆ§Ć£o foi excelente! Foram bem atenciosos quando fomos fechar o passeio de escuna, bem como quando nosso chuveiro nĆ£o estava esquentando, atenderam e solucionaram prontamente. O lugar Ć© lindo e calmo e o acesso ao centro histĆ³rico Ć© fĆ”cil!

Minha estadia nĆ£o foi tĆ£o boa, chegamos no hotel em 14/10 e sem luz, estava em uma fase sĆ³, tv, ar, chuveiro e tomadas nĆ£o funcionavam. O serviƧo sĆ³ normalizou no dia 15/10 na parte da tarde. Trocaram a gente de quarto, mas nada mudou, apenas uma tomada que funcionava pra carregar o celular. A pousada em nenhum momento entrou em contato para ressarcir ou resolver o ocorrido. Sei que o problema nĆ£o foi deles , mas no mĆ­nimo podiam ter avisado com antecedĆŖncia pra cancelar a reserva ou reembolsar, me senti lesionada! A pousada deveria ter um gerador! Levei 4 horas de viagem! Estrada de chĆ£o pra entrada da pousada/estacionamento, estava chovendo, foi um caos.

Sinceramente o que mostram nas fotos nĆ£o condiz com a realidade. Ficamos no quarto do anexo, e ao abrir o quarto jĆ” sentimos um cheiro de MOFO ABSURDO. Sem contar limpeza inadequada, aranhas no teto, em cima do guarda roupas estava cheio de poeira e insetos mortos, paredes sujas e com manchas, roupa de cama com mancha de sujeira; janela, controle remoto e lĆ¢mpadas quebrados. Pedimos uma soluĆ§Ć£o principalmente quanto ao mofo porque ambos somos alĆ©rgicos, e a recepĆ§Ć£o disse que infelizmente nĆ£o havia como nos remanejar porque a pousada jĆ” estava lotada. Pedimos entĆ£o a gentileza para pelo menos limparem melhor o quarto, e tentarem amenizar o cheiro do mofo, mas quando retornamos do passeio o estado do quarto continuava praticamente o mesmo, sĆ³ tiraram as aranhas e consertaram o pino da janela. A Ćŗnica parte agradĆ”vel do estabelecimento sĆ£o os macaquinhos da vizinhanƧa que aparecem de manhĆ£. Infelizmente o preƧo que cobrado nĆ£o condiz com o serviƧo prestado. NĆ£o recomendo e nĆ£o pretendo voltar.
