「飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。」

「Lovely Bergamo Città alta. This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly. 」

「Booked overnight stay due to late evening flight into Bergamo. Hotel booked private taxi transfer which was much cheaper, about 10 min drive to Citta Alta. Hotel reception is up a steep set of steps, very friendly staff, lift up to room. Good sized room, good air con. Very low beds but comfortable & very clean. Good bathroom. Very quiet. 1 min walk to large square with lots of bars & restaurants. Super buffet breakfast. Were able to store luggage while we explored Citta Alta which is so...

「A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore. 」
