Check in was super easy.

“First of all, the staff was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and always happy to help. Unfortunately, other parts of our stay were not so good. The breakfast was lacking in just about every area except cleanliness. Selection was very limited. Tasteless eggs and some strange type of sausage. The hot waffle maker was the best option. Ran out of coffee before breakfast ended with no refill of the dispensers. The pool was heated and clean and there was sufficient seating available. Our room was……

“This was the perfect house for what three adults and three children needed for two nights. It was clean and pretty well appointed. “No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. ”

“The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.”
