Excellent location, metro one block away, clean, well appointed. Kitchen could be better organized. Very good place for 6-7 people.

Terrible communication with company representatives, even though they are located about one block away from property, over one month later I am still attempting to obtain a refund for a "meet and greet" and airport transport which neither took place. They were quick to charge for these services but did not bother to make things right. Accommodations themselves were not bad, the property was clean and comfortable.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado: es céntrico, silencioso y tiene servicios como hostelería y supermercados muy cerca. El acceso es cómodo, con ascensor a cota cero.Sin embargo, no es adecuado para 12 personas. El espacio es muy limitado y faltan elementos básicos. Los baños no tienen enchufes, ni perchas para toallas, y tampoco hay suficientes perchas para la ropa. No hay armarios, por lo que tuvimos que guardar las maletas debajo de las camas.La cocina está mal equipada: los utensilios y el mobiliario son muy justos. Todo se guarda en un único armario esquinero bajo, sin estantes, lo que dificulta su uso.
