This superb apartment is located in the 15th arrondissement in the famous shopping street.
Composed of 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, it can accommodate 6 people.
Its neat decoration will make you appreciate your stay in Paris. It is surrounded by many shops, famous restaurants. It has been renovated with noble materials so that you enjoy optimal comfort.

The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator of a typical Parisian building. Its layout offers a friendly and bright living space.

The large living room, tastefully decorated in neutral and warm tones, is equipped with a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen TV and a dining table that can accommodate up to six guests. The large windows allow natural light to flood the room, creating a soothing atmosphere.

The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. You can prepare all your meals as at home.

Both rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. There are plenty of storage spaces for you to organize your personal belongings.

The modern shower room has a walk-in shower and toilet. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi for optimal comfort throughout the year.

Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, famous for its lively shopping life, this apartment is surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. You will also find many sights nearby, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars and the Invalides.

Spotlessly clean in a perfect location

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The location was amazing, with everything we could have ever needed in walking distance. Right next to the metro, shops and restaurants everywhere you look, and gelato across the street. Added bonus that midmorning you could smell croissants baking at the bakery beneath us. If we could have stayed a month longer we would have. Linens were well stocked and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a small issue unrelated to the apartment while we were there, and the owner responded almost immediately and took care of it. Honestly a five star experience. We have family living in the 15ème and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.
