Excellent hotel. Very nice, very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. Access to all you need, except one thing: AC does NOT work in any way one could call correctly..:.except if you are hotel staff. They felt the AC was working right, despite my entire family being drenched in sweat and it being much colder in the hallway and lobby than our room. They insisted we “give it a couple of hours”. We gave it two days. Had to switch hotels and ask Expedia for help on a refund. They gave it.

My family and I just stayed here for our recent trip to Paris. It was a small room with bunk beds- but perfect for our little family of four. We booked this room as it said it had air conditioning and given the recent heat wave, A/C was non negotiable. Idk if the a/c was on or not, but the room was hot!! No matter how much we adjusted the temp, the room would not cool. We finally had enough and started sleeping with our balcony door open to allow cooler air. Additionally, we found a roach in our bathroom on our last day in Paris. We’re grateful it was on our last day as we would have had to look for alternate lodging.

Everything about this place was great. We really enjoyed the 5 nights we stayed. Getting to the station was maybe 10min walk then 15 min train to st Lazare is my estimate. All very quick and super easy. Huge grocery store e l’eclerk not far. Construction around the area but once that’s finished up it will be even more perfect.

Everything was perfect, from the young receptionist who was extremely friendly, to the perfect room he chose for us, to the car park that was of a decent size to the location of the hotel, just a few seconds away from a major highway entrance! We will come again!

Great apartment hotel. Clean, modern and a great view of Paris from the gym on the 9th floor. Have stayed here 3x and already booked my 4th due to work in Paris. Metro Le stade and some supermarkets are just 10 min walk from the hotel.

Pleasant stay

I was impressed with the hotel, I read some bad reviews after booking so didn't have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, there was bad odour in the room when we first arrived but after airing it out it was fine.

Great hotel to stay. The staff is amazing and helpful. However the bridge crossing the roads from the hotel to easily access the train station is closed now for construction. So you have to walk around 10-15 min to get to the train station. But other than that the hotel is nice and clean. I recommend to all visitors .

Far to Paris Central but Great Hotel

It was rather far from Paris Central and so was subject to very long metro and bus rides (combination) and SUPER far from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room itself though was a great size for four of us, the neighbourhood was pleasant enough, but more options to eat would have been nice.

Great hotel and facilities but 1. 2nd lift is not working so you have to wait a long time for the 1st elevator to arrive and checking in/out at the reception takes a long time. More staff. Also, dinner options are limited. Rest is great. Great gym and sauna on the 9th floor with a view of the Eiffel tower and La Defense.

Overall Hotel was good but the AC did not work all 4 nights we were there . We talked to the reception everyday regarding AC and they would “ turn it on” from their end but no cooling was happening in the room .

Handy position for Le Stade train to Paris. EV charging was easy, although if more than one car needed to charge then good luck as the space was small. Simple charging process. 13Amp 3 phase. Dinner was only lite snacks available during our stay, but nearby Kova restaurant was lovely on recommendation from reception. Need to book though. Breakfast was ok just a few too many flies for my liking. Parking garage is located to the right of the main parking lot for the shops and restaurants next to the hotel. Aircon was a bit pathetic but seemed to keep us just about comfortable. Friendly staff and modern property. Be prepared to cover an annoyingly bright emergency green light button that flashes constantly. Cardboard and plasters seemed to do the trick! You need to reserve a gym or sauna session...but you can see the Eiffel tower from that floor. Overall would stay again.
