Good location but noisy
The location is good—close to the metro, café, and grocery store—and the apartment is cute, but there are several downsides to be aware of. It’s on the second floor, so carrying luggage upstairs can be a challenge, and the space is tight for two people with suitcases. The main bed is fine, but the fold-out couch is in very poor condition and not suitable for sleeping. The listing should be clearer about this and about the limited linens provided.The biggest issue was noise from the upstairs neighbors. Every night, starting around 7 p.m. and often lasting into the early morning hours, there was loud banging and furniture being moved. It made sleeping very difficult. We informed the host, but she told us to speak to the neighbors ourselves, which was disappointing.This place works if you want a good location and don’t mind stairs, tight space, and noise—but it’s not ideal for light sleepers or guests needing two comfortable beds.
