Hotel was a bit old in some parts (e.g. damaged room doors, old thermostat), and rooms were quite warm despite low thermostat setting. However, the bed and shower were both good, as well as the hotel amenities (breakfast, coffee, etc.). Close to public transport and overall friendly Parisian hotel staff.

Great location to move around in the bus or on the metro. Great restaurants and environment around the hotel. All walking distance. WiFi is the worst. I know we were on vacation, but having connectivity with home and other stuff (like searching for places and thing to do) was needed.

Having stayed here twice previously disappointed in the condition of the room as now somewhat tired With the rooms being right on top of each other you can hear other guests Lift far too slow Temperature of the rooms absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this hotel.

Hôtel let a guest have a barking dog left in the room all day. Responsible owner/Guests were asked to return but ultimately the hotel let them leave the situation as a problem all day - preferred to have rest of the floor suffer. Week reception and generally lost on good customer service. Avoid.

Dissapointed

We were particularly disappointed with the service. We were a group of 20 people. The night staff at the reception were quite rude, responding harshly when asked questions. The waiter service was mediocre. Water was only provided in the rooms on the first day, and despite our requests, no water was given on the subsequent days. We were treated terribly. Despite asking for an invoice to be issued to the company, it was not done, and I was rudely treated by the night receptionist once again. It was disappointing to see such staff at this otherwise lovely hotel. Hoping for a better experience next time.

A 2 pas d'une station de métro et bien situé

On a apprécié la propreté de la chambre joliment rénovée et l'isolation des fenêtres sur la rue très passante. L'agencement de la douche pas top. L'eau s'infiltrait dans la salle de bain. Pour un hôtel de ce standing et à ce prix (très variable d'ailleurs...), on souhaiterait avoir une machine à café dans la chambre.
