It was a pleasant stay. Very comfortable. Close to transit. The a/c wasn’t working our last day but everything else was fine. Cleaning staff was great. Hotel staff was also friendly.
It was a nice stay in the 14th arrondissment. The hotel is nicely renovated and the staff were friendly. They even showed us a nice tour around the hotel. Also, it is a min walk from the metro station.

This hotel had the most friendliest staff ever! Any need my wife and I had was met with smiles. The location was perfect! 250 meters to the entrance of the metro. We could get anywhere in Paris we wanted to go in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.
The best hotel service I have received. The perfect little boutique hotel in Paris. It’s lovely very modern and feels unique. The filtered water and snacks were great.

I appreciated the decorations prepared by the hotel for our anniversary. However, they forgot to clean our room on the second day of our stay. Also, they only provided free bottle water on the first day, which was quite inconvenient for us.

Lovely hotel but unfortunately the whole room flooded after one shower and we therefore had to use another room for the second shower so was quite a stressful experinence and not what we had hoped for our stay. In honesty, for a 4 star hotel I would expect a refund for our stay due to this occurrence.

The hotel has unfortunately paid more attention to design than to functionality or cleanliness.
My room had a standard keycard-operated lighting system: slip the card into the mechanism and the lights turn on. Unfortunately, the mechanism was broken and the lights kept turning off after 5 minutes. Additionally, the electronic lock on the door was entirely non-functional, so it was impossible to secure the room. Lastly, there was a human fluids stain on the velour runner decorating the bed, which the housekeeping staff covered—with the bath towels—as though one would want to use a towel that had touched whatever was deposited on the runner.
When I alerted the reception staff to all this they said that they could not move me to a new room as the hotel was fully booked. (Who knows.) They then put off finding a “solution” till the next day once the management was consulted. After saying they would reach out to me, I was the one who had to follow up. They offered me two glasses of champagne (!) as compensation. Since I don’t drink, I said that I wouldn’t be able to accept. Later that day, I checked back and they now offered me a bottle of champagne. Turns out I still don’t drink (!) so once again I said that I could not accept. I was then encouraged to write a review, if I wanted. Here we are.
Strip away the niceties of design (which, incidentally, are starting to look shabby), what you’re left with is a two-star experience in the most generous assessment.

Hotel is in a pretty decent location. Breakfast is definitely not worth the €15 per person as there is very little in the way of options for vegetarians. I would recommend going to a local patisserie for value and for choice! Rooms were okay paint chipped in many aspects of room, quite a lot of dust don't know how through they are cleaned. Definitely not worth €260 a night if I'm being honest. We travelled for our honeymoon and were quite disappointed with the hotel. Definitely not a 4* as lacking the personal/luxury touches we are used to for the price/star rating. Staff were brilliant but hotel itself is lacking on several aspects.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Metro station at the end of the road. We only booked the standard room and it was small as was the bathroom. Two adults with two suitcases.. there wasn’t a lot of floor space, but we were expecting this so can’t complain. Very clean and friendly staff. Didn’t eat breakfast as we chose to eat out. My only complaint was the rooms were not soundproof so could hear everything, above and either side. If the room next door closed their door, you’d feel your door shudder but for a small hotel in an old building, its to be expected. Beautifully decorated. Luggage room as well so we didn’t have to hold our suitcases all day. We paid around 10-13 euros in the evening to get to Eiffel Tower using Uber.. Taxi’s were 30€!! Overall a nice stay.
Everything about the hotel was good apart from a small gift that I had purchased in Paris going missing from my room. I noticed that a bag from a shop durance with a room spray inside was missing from my room. When I asked about it at reception they quickly noted that the cleaner likely thought it was rubbish and threw it out. I didn’t believe this as there was some actual rubbish in the room that wasn’t touched. Furthermore I saw from reviews that people have had similar experiences where something has gone missing from the room and the receptionist was quick to point out that the cleaner must have mistaken it for rubbish and thrown it out. This is disappointing and on this basis I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
