Welcome to this charming 25 m² apartment, ideally located in Aubervilliers, just outside Paris. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this apartment offers a functional, comfortable and warm setting for a few days of rest, work or discovery.

Set on the 4ᵉ floor (no elevator) of a secure building, the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. You'll be seduced by its brightness, optimized layout, and proximity to the major cultural sites north of Paris.
The apartment comprises :
A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage space
A clean, practical shower room
A fully-equipped kitchen: oven, fridge, utensils, crockery... you can cook just like at home
A cosy living room with a small relaxation area, ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing.

Served by the Paris metro, Aubervilliers now benefits from an extensive public transport network, enabling it to discover the most beautiful sites in this part of the Île-de-France region. Formerly known as Notre-Dame-des-Vertus, Aubervilliers was an important place of pilgrimage from the mid-14th to the late 18th century, thanks to a miracle in one of its churches. Aubervilliers underwent significant expansion with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution, and is now one of the most densely populated suburbs of Paris. This ancient town also boasts a significant architectural and historical heritage, particularly in the old town center.
