The apartment was trashed by the prior occupants and our check in was delayed, we were able to leave our luggage. The cleaning lady really needed more help because of the damages and state of the apartment. We were also inconvenienced by the fact the prior occupants had taken the keys and damaged items in the apartment, we had to wait for the repairman to come and fix things. The prior occupants smoked in the apartment and the smell was horrible our entire stay, one of our guests is pregnant, the smell was very concerning for her. We also found leftover paraphernalia from the prior occupants parties which was distributing and disgusting. We never really felt comfortable in the apartment. The location is great and the apartment looks just like the photos however it needs a complete disinfection. We realize this wasn’t the fault of the property owners but we asked for some money back to no avail. We put up with a lot and were very accommodating to their problems the prior occupants created.
