酒店交通非常方便，附近很多餐廳，又近旅遊景點。但可能太近旅游景點，治安不太好，我入住當晚，就看到街上有搶劫發生。所以晚上外出要小心。

Good hotel but security issue needs to be improved

It is located just a few minutes away from the Chatelet station so it's very convenient to get to most scenic spots. The room was clean when we checked in, but there was no replenishment of shampoo and shower gel (those provided on the first day was kind of one-off usage). It was lucky that we had brought our own shampoo and shower gel as fall back. The most weird thing was that we were requested to leave the door key when we left the hotel, allegedly for "cleaning" and "security" purposes. However, when we went back to the hotel, we only needed to tell our room number at the reception to get back our door key without any identity / security check. (Those receptionists kept changing and there was no way he/she could recognise our face.). In short, our room virtually had no security because everyone could ask for the key and enter our room. This should be improved. Apart from security issue, it is a good hotel.

TLDR: Excellent location, but very small rooms and showing some wear. Some outside and subterranean noise is audible during the night. The good: The property is ideally located and very walkable. Many excellent restaurants, bakeries, and tourist destinations are close at hand, and Notre Dame is literally around the corner. A few different Metro stations are within easy walking distance. The air conditioning worked well once we figured it out. The bad: Our room was teeny tiny, with just enough space to get around the double bed. The bed itself was comprised of a foam mattress and a foundation and the mattress was very soft. The pillows and sheets were clean but had seen much better days. The overall look of the place was a bit shabby and although the surfaces were mostly clean, it was in need of a good deep cleaning. The shower had good water pressure and featured both a rain (vertical) shower head and a hand-held wand, but that one was plugged up and only produced a dribble of water. There was, however an adequate supply of hot water. We did not have the for-pay breakfast, as there are many fabulous cafes and bulangeries nearby. If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. The Metro tunnels are underneath the building and the rumble of their passing can be heard and felt periodically. Expedia brags that the price you see on their site includes all taxes and fees but when we arrived they asked us to pay an additional “city tax” of about 60 euros.

The location was good. Property management was awful. They sent us to our first room and it was not cleaned yet from previous guest. They sent us to second room which was smaller, paint chipping on walks. They told us we could change rooms s next day. When we did we were without a room for 6 1/2 hours. We were sent to our third room and it was not cleaned yet from previous guest (again). Finally we got settled into third room and it was fine. Front desk was not helpful. We have traveled through Europe and this stay was worst experience we have had in over a dozen different hotels. Also halls were narrow and had cleaning items and linens in hall half the day.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for its proximity to sights around Notre Dame and to a metro station. The down side was that the hotel is in a very tourist oriented neighbourhood with lots of street activity all the time. In spite of this our room was always quiet. The air conditioning was appreciated. .

L’hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles. Une forte odeur d’égouts et de toilettes était présente un peu partout dans l’hôtel, et elle devenait encore plus désagréable dès que la climatisation était allumée. De plus, le lavabo était bouché, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore moins agréable. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été décevante et ne correspond pas au standing annoncé.

Perfect location for visiting Paris - the subway stations are less than 15 mins away ( Hotel de Ville and Chatelet ). Appreciated being able to leave my suitcase at the hotel until my room was ready for check-in when I arrived early due to railway strikes in France. Room was great - amenities as expected, clean and quiet with air conditioning which helped in the summer time. Highly recommend !

Hotel Andrea is comparable to a hostile. The rooms are extremely small and the tiny elevator makes so much noise that any room adjacent to it cannot sleep as long as guests are using it. I paid $275 for a night here and it was an excessive price for a noisy, cramped space

Location: 5/5. Cleanliness: 1/5. Service: 2/5. Value: 3/5. Overall: 2/5 I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights in mid-May for just over $1000 USD. While the location in Le Marais was excellent, the overall experience did not match the price. The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, even by NYC standards. The bathroom setup was especially cramped — sitting on the toilet required angling sideways because your knees hit the shower door. I’m 5’9” and average build, so taller guests may struggle. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. While the sheets and towels appeared clean, the rest of the room felt poorly maintained. The floors felt gritty barefoot, the shower had black soap scum and leftover used soap bars, both soap dispensers were empty, and the toilet had visible buildup and staining. One toilet paper roll also appeared partially used with water marks on it. The sink drained very slowly, and the shower door leaked badly enough that towels were needed to stop the bathroom floor from flooding. Service was inconsistent throughout my stay. Despite leaving early each morning while housekeeping was actively working, my room was not serviced until I specifically requested fresh towels and toilet paper on the third evening. Even afterward, the soap dispensers still were not refilled and the bathroom still did not appear properly cleaned. Housekeeping also piled my clothes into a clump at the foot of the bed after changing the sheets instead of placing them on
