Hotel was nice to stay at. Staff were really kind and helpful. Transport is good easy to get to popular areas in France such as the Eiffel Tower. The only bad thing I would say is the security, lifts should only be accessible to visitors and entry with Key card like other hotels. Random people can walk in and use the lifts.

Le personnel de l accueil du vendredi 24 à 18 h était ni commercial ni agréable , toutes personnes qui avait réservé avec nous , on était une vingtaine de personnes , ont eu le même problème, y a même une chambre qui a quitté cet hôtel pour aller au pullman, franchement avec un personnel pareil c est fini cet hôtel pour nous . Tout ce qu on lui demander c était un négatif et dit avec méchanceté,

Accueil sympathique et efficace. Chambre très bien malgré le manque de lumière (ou alors je n'ai pas trouvé car à part les lampes de chevet et l'entrée c'était assez sombre). Sdb nickel. Peu bruyant sauf de temps en temps dans le couloir. Très bien situé.

Good location and value
Booked a triple room for a trip with friends. Price was reasonable for Paris and conveniently locatied in a modern subburb. Metro and buses are available nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free coffee and water refill station in the lobby is a nice attention. Overall very satisfied with this stay.

This place has a serious bed bug problem! We noticed small bites we mistook for mosquitoes but when checking out in the early morning hours, we saw several under all our sheets!! We reported it immediately to the front desk attendant who was nice but older and ill-equipped to handle the situation. We emailed the images and video to the hotel as instructed but no response at all. I’m sending the issue to corporate.

J'ai pris une chambre tripe. La Chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Literie très bien. Salle de bain propre et en bon état, mais la douche est un peu petite avec un rideau de douche ce qui rend son utilisation pas très pratique. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner, mais son prix à l'hôtel edt un peu cher : 14€ Par contre si vous reservez directement à partir du site de l'hôtel, c'est moins cher. Je l'ai appris malheureusement qu'à la fin de mon séjour.
