全家出游，硬件条件不错，但是酒店总是有小纰漏，明明是一间房加床，1间不加，变成2间都加床；南法玩一圈回来的时候更夸张，找不到第二间的房的预定了！虽然最后还是搞清楚了，但是感觉很不好。

首先员工的态度给我的感觉和酒店的装饰风格很相似-有点冷冰冰，其次服务的质量和凯悦的品牌有很大差距，前台入住时，在我已经提供了预订确认号的情况下，反复寻找无果，反复寻问预订人的姓名，给我的第一印象很不舒服，之后进了客房，发现毛巾浴巾拖鞋等少了壹份，因为我是加床的，床已铺好，但毛巾等个人用品却未提供，实在和五星酒店的品质不符。

Stylish and elegant hotel close to Place de la Madeleine. The rooms are surprisingly large, unusual for Paris. Amenities are nice, the spa and gym area could be updated but it has the minimum needed to stay in shape. The staff is very helpful and professional. This hotel is definitely one to have on your list.

Eccellent service, especislly from Victor the bellboy who was so helpful, kind amd considerate. He helped us so much with the bags and getting a taxi snd was so warm and welcoming. Also a bif shout out to the lady st breakfast, i think her name was Shrw shrw, she was lively, helping my mom pracyoce her french, friendly and hempgul towards mt baby and my childs needs. Overall, stagg were superb, coulsnr ask for better service , only downside was it was a little pricey for a small hotel but the staff made the trip memorable and comfortable. Also victoria, the housekeeping lady was excellent, so thorough in her job, excellent cleanliness and so sweet.

Excelentes condiciones del hotel Hyatt con cuartos espaciados y modernos con extraordinario servicio y staff. Si estás interesado en compras, restaurantes y visitar algunos de los principales atracciones las podrás encontrar entre 10 y 15 min caminando. En cuanto a transporte Uber y Google maps serán tus principales recursos para moverte a cualquier punto de la ciudad con un costo promedio por viaje de 12 Euros.

I would absolutely stay here again. My husband, two daughters and I had a perfect one night stay. The staff is above and beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easy walking to many cafes, shops etc. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family when travelling to Paris.

Excellent hotel, perfect location in Paris with most attractions close by. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They pampered my kids and ourselves everyday with a different surprise. The hotel was super clean and in very good condition. We felt like at home in our stay in Paris. Highly recommended hotel. We cannot wait to be back to Hyatt Madeleine.
