This is a good basic hotel to stay one night when you fly early the next day. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel is very close to the airport. Overall, a good experience

Airport Convenience!

Perfect for going to the airport about 10 mins drive and the shuttle comes outside the Novotel like 10 steps away at the bus stop. Super easy drops you at the train station exit inside the CDG airport. U have to book the shuttle online the hotel staff can help you with the link. Cheap and convenient stay to airport. There is a restaurant outside to have a meal and a nice drink before you fly out.

A really medium airport hotel. Staff is great but not much more. And there is absolutely no AC in rooms, which made our night in 22/24 degrees kind of "interesting". Price is good of course.

Our room had an odour in it and did not seem clean. One of the towels had something on it that was not a stain, it was able to be removed by using another part of the towel. This was in the room when we checked in and was folded as clean laundry. The room was sufficient for one night while waiting to catch a flight. The staff were very nice though and helpful, our only issue with anything was that it didn’t seem clean.

Hotel was great for the price. The shuttle is not great and taking an uber is much easier. The location is not great as it's in an industrial area with nothing around. We were only there for 1nt so it served its purpose. The staff though are very pleasant and helpful.

Very convenient for a night layover in Charles de Gaulle airport. Shuttle is available and worth wide. At arrival (11pm) there was only one staff in recepetion, who didn´t speak english. Checkin took about 30min, with a long line. Room is small as should be expected in an Ibis Budget chain. The issue with the room was that is was very, very cold. There seemed to be no heating, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Must mention that the morning staff was kind in giving information and that the overall cost-benefit is good.

I stay at Ibis hotels fairly often. This location had friendly professional staff, but the hotel has dated rooms in need of deep cleaning and new paint. The room I had did not have working air conditioning, wish was unbearable in low 80s heat. The location is great for traveling to or from CDG, but the flight paths for landing aircraft, prevented a good night's sleep. There are other Ibis locations in and around the area that are more pleasant; I would suggest staying at one of those.

Disappointing stay with hidden fees and poor service. This was the worst hotel experience of our entire trip. First, there were multiple hidden fees. For example, the airport shuttle was advertised but cost €4 per person — more expensive than an Uber ride for three. Unlike every other hotel we stayed at, they also charged €4 per bag just to store our luggage. When I expressed surprise, the receptionist immediately tried to upsell me on a €10 early check-in fee. To make things worse, our room had a bunk bed with no bedding prepared. When we asked for help so our child could sleep, one staff member rudely said, “This is a budget hotel, you have to do it yourself.” Between the unexpected charges and the lack of basic hospitality, this was by far the worst place my family and I stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone.
