We stayed with four individuals in the apartment, It was great to have 2 bathrooms, The apartment was tidy and appeared pleasant, The neighbor above was quite noisy while walking, but overall it was peaceful, One suggestion for the owner would be to add a coat rack and an additional tea towel, The beds were comfortable, and if we visit Paris again, we would definitely rebook,

Overall, this apartment is fantastic and situated in an ideal location! There are numerous metro lines, restaurants, bars, etc, in the vicinity, and many of Paris's key landmarks are within walking distance, However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement: (i) the lack of cleaning products provided meant we had to purchase our own to maintain cleanliness in the apartment, (ii) a foul odor emanates from both shower rooms - at times, it made sleeping in the master bedroom difficult due to the smell from the shower room,

Lovely apartment, suitable for 2-4 individuals, Situated in a lively neighborhood with numerous charming restaurants and a pleasant 20-25-minute stroll to the main attractions, very close to the metro line,br/br/It wasn't as tidy as I prefer, given my high standards, but aside from that, it was pleasant and included extra beddings and all necessary kitchenware, br/br/You may want to bring your own shampoo - as we didn't have enough for a family of 5, and consider buying some toilet paper - as there was only one roll in the apartment, br/br/Thank you for the accommodation!

Wasted potential

This place has the potential to be a great and cozy stay in an authentic and bustling Parisian neighborhood, but is not well managed and it’s obvious that great customer experience is not a priority. Good things: this property is in a fun location with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, transportation, etc. Beds were comfortable, showers were good, and sound-proof windows give you peace and quiet when is time to rest.The negative: we visited during the summer and the air conditioning didn’t work well, so we had some pretty warm and uncomfortable nights - hard when you’re dealing with jet lag. Fans were provided, but they weren’t good and one was very noisy so we couldn’t use it. Not as pretty as pics show - furniture is a bit worn out and there are multiple holes on the walls. No basic toiletries or basic cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy with teens. Little toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. Poor communication in two occasions. There was no power on multiple outlets inside the main bedroom and living room, which we reported and requested assistance with. A person responded the following day and offered a solution, but never followed through. We’ve stayed in other rentals in Paris around the same pricing and the experience was far superior. Unfortunately, those places were booked, so we decided to try a new rental company and location. We are glad we tried the 10th arrondissement, but we’ll never use this rental company again.

Very nice apartment in a great location, Unfortunately, the apartment is mediated through an agency, which seems to be a bit overwhelmed, as they manage several apartments in Paris and therefore have no time for their guests, No toilet paper, no hand soap, no drying towels in the kitchen,,, 2 hours waiting time at check-in and no one reachable when you have a question, Too bad, because the apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and very centrally located,
