The hotel is old and a bit run down, in our room there were gaps in the ceiling boards where the AC unit was mounted. But I did not think it wasn't clean and it suited our needs well. The hotel has an elevator which was a plus. It is also very close to Gare du Nord station which is why I booked it and we were able to easily walk to and from the station.

Air conditioning was fine, good cleaning despite the room was a bit worn out. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was relatively small (continental) but good. I liked it, but do not expect a luxury stay.

Stayed with family for a week in early April. Very, very convenient location with three metro/train stations within a 10 min walk. Nice neighborhood with lots and lots of eating/drinking options. The hotel itself had a unique feel and the staff was quite nice. Would stay again.

This hotel has potential due its proximity to the terminal. But it needs a complete renovation. Be aware It doesn’t look like the photos. My room was dirty: I found mold in the shower, old food left from previous guest in the refrigerator (smell was strong if open fridge) hairs in the bed and stains on the towels and sheets. I wanted to check out immediately. But receptionist only agree with Expedia rep on the line to reimburse 2 nights out of 3 so I had to stay on a filthy room without a shower. Receptionist didn’t care to see the conditions of the room or offer to switch rooms. It was a bad experience.
