Very nice 30m2 apartment renovated in May 2023, with a cozy and modern decoration.
The flat is ideally located at 900m from Bercy Accor Arena, and 1.2km from Gare de Lyon

Metro (line 6) and buses are 3 min walk from the accommodation. They will let you reach:
- The Eiffel Tower in 15min (metro)
- The Arc de Triomphe in 20min (metro)
- Bercy Station in 1min (metro)
- Gare de Lyon Station in 7min (bus)
- La Tour/Gare Montparnasse in 10min (metro)

Perfect for a romantic stay, with family, for work or with friends. The accommodation is located in the heart of Paris, in the 12th arrondissement. Ideally located between Gare de Lyon and Bercy Park.

Je suis venue en formation. Le logement est très bien situé, propre et agréable. La réception des clés très facile et à proximité. Il y a évidement le train en face toutefois une bonne isolation. Les petits du café, thé, sucre et sel à mon arrivée. Linge de toilette fourni. Bonne correspondance avec le propriétaire.

L'équipement pour notre court séjour suffit.Il faudra penser à resserrer le robient de cuisine et tout sera nickel !Hugues répond rapidement et donne toutes les informations nécessaires. L appartement est bien décoré, et bien rénové. En revanche l emplacement est un peu trop excentré et les fenêtres donnent directement sur les voies SNCF donc on entend bien les trains tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir...

Das Gebäude ist alt, wie fast alle Gebäude in Paris, aber die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Die Lage war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Kommunikation und Check -in reibungslos. Preis /Leistung hat gepasst. Für einen Kurztrip wirklich zu empfehlen. Für längere Aufenthalte wird es zu dritt vielleicht bissel eng. Wir waren zufrieden, gerne wieder.
