This was a great setup for our family. We stayed for two nights for our day at Disney before moving into the city for our next two nights in Paris. If we had known how convenient it was to the train, we would have stayed here the whole time.

Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly and accommodating when dealing with late check-in. They very promptly replied to emails. The location was close to the train which made it easy to get around.

My daughter and I stayed here and walked back and forth to Disneyland (about 20 minutes). It was amazingly convenient to have a mini kitchen and restaurants close by. They held our bags on the day we checked out and didn't charge us a fee to do so. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the size And (cleaning), we are used to front desk. Staff 24 hours, I was surprised there was nobody on the desk at 8 AM in the morning. My previous hotel had USB adapters and that was a great asset!

Room was spotless, clean, and beautiful. Staff are great as well with all of the info and help us with all we need. The convenience of the location to the transit and shopping mall are amazing. I'll give this 4 star because breakfast coffee machine was broken the first day of our stay. We also couldn't use the toaster since the breaker blew up. Overall great experience though.

The room itself was amazing!! It was very very spacious. It was clean. The hotel itself was very clean as well. The location was very close to the metro, grocery store and some very good restaurants. The only issue we had was there was no hair dryer in the room and front desk said they had none as well. Our room did not get cleaned everyday and we don’t reuse towels so when I went down to the front desk the guy didn’t know where the towels were and handed me a few hand towels. 2 things that earned them 3 stars because it was important to me that we have a hair dryer and towels!

It was a bit difficult to find as we arrived after dark and oddly, the main entrance is in near total darkness and there are no lite signs to indicate the hotel building or entrance. Reception/front desk staff were great to deal with.

Nice rooms, spacious and clean. Not fit for cooking, no utensils. Poor language skills and pretty unhelpful staff. Only stayed one night, from 10 pm till morning. The breakfast consisted of stale bread, cheese and rubbery ham. Some cereal. But NO tableware, ie no cups, bowls or plates…

Ideal for those looking to save money on a Disney trip. Val D’europe station is minutes away. A 3 minute trip on the train takes you right to Disney village. Excellent shopping, grocery, and restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our visit to Disney. The staff were excellent and very helpful- so friendly. We were a 2 min walk to the train station to Disney and lots of places to eat nearby. Pool was great. We enjoyed the games room/ pool table. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very safe place with a special key to get into the building at night. Highly recommend.

Overall, we enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland Paris. Parking available for a supplement. Close to large shopping centres and transport. Clean. Good shower. Kitchen of good standard including kettle. Staff spoke English and were helpful and polite. Sufficient plug sockets. Blackout shutters on windows. Air conditioning. Areas for improvement: Only one bedside table awkward for a couple. States an iron and ironing board available on request however, when we asked we were told they were unable to provide one until the next day. One of the "pillows" on the bed was actually a rectangular cushion (for a sofa) and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Mattress very hard.

This property has recently added a hotel offering, but it was created as a retirement residence five years ago. The building is lovely. The location is excellent. The apartments are spacious and well air conditioned. It was nice to see the seniors and we chatted with several. The pool is very nice, but keep in mind it closes at either 8 or 9 PM. After a long day at Disneyland Park it was nice to use the pool. There was no hairdryer, but I received one at the reception after asking. There were no luggage racks but I was told they are on order. The beds were a little hard but some people like that. It was great to have a full kitchen and there is a grocery store on site. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting Disney or Val D’Europe.

This is a good location for Disney if you don’t want to pay those Disneyland hotels prices. Shopping centre is in walking distance as well as restaurants & cafes Local shop round the corner which is good because they don’t provide you with water or anything in the rooms. Had some coffee to put in the machine but feel water is more important especially as it was hot. We had a couple of issues was given a room with sofa bed only which when you are with a 7 year old you don’t want to keep making the bed each night. Complained to them and they moved us. They did struggle to communicate in English and nothing in the hotel is written in English this was a struggle. So if you are good at French you will be ok. They charged me again as had no Proof of payment from Expedia but I did get it back. So make sure this doesn’t happen to you. Double check you have booked a room with a bed. It was very clean. Signal was dreadful had to do phone calls or internet outside the hotel. No hair dryer either but says on info there is. TV wouldn’t work no signal but we spent more time out so didn’t bother informing them especially with language issue. Pool is great as you book a slot for an hour & have it to yourself. However be aware closes at 6.30pm which is a same after hot day in Disney. No reception open late either. In all honesty I am more annoyed at Expedia as they should vet the hotels and raise the language issue when booking. Even your emails from the hotel is in French. Staff tried.
