An excellent option to stay in north of Paris, Saint Denis area

Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). The property manager provided a top-notch service always looking for our confort and needs. Thanks for let us stay at your place, it was a great one, and very well located for our plans. Better than the Pictures

This place is charming and comfortable inside. There are 3 separate bedrooms with full size beds (2 of the 3 beds are daybeds that appear as a twin/single, but can be pulled out to make a full/double. There are 2 full bathroom (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) and an additional private 1/2 bathroom in the upstairs bedroom. the kitchen is spacious, and there is a dining table that seats 6. Its an easy 10 min walk to the metro station (line 13-St Denis/Pte de Paris. There is a boulangerie on the way to the metro. There is also a bodega/small grocery market within 1-2 min walk. There is a clothes washer but no dryer, but you can dry your clothes on the clothes rack in the utility closet next to the downstairs bathroom. The host Monique was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any question or concern that we had. This was a good stay and I would stay here again.

Quiet oasis and perfectly located to the stadium

This was a lovely home to stay in while my and my friends were in town for a concert. Located a short walk from the stadium, metro stop, and restaurants, it was a wonderful place to come back to relax after a long day!

Comfortable place to stay

We needed a last minute booking in Paris because of unforeseen circumstances . We were lucky to find this place. It was comfortable for two couples and had everything we needed. It was hard to find initially, but once we got there, we turned in our car and relied on metro to get to/from the city. The metro station is a 15 minute walk. There is also a nice bakery near the metro station. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, but if you are going to leave the house in the morning and return in the evening, which is what we did, the place works and is reasonably priced. The owner was also very nice and quick to respond to inquiries.
