Lavoro nel turismo come tour operator da 39 anni e mai ho avuto un’esperienza cosi negativa. Gia’ dalla prenotazione non appariva che era al 4 piano senza ascensore, con una scala tutta storta e dissestata. Ha viaggiato con me mia suocera che ha 73 anni con problemi fisici ed io la ho dovuta portare in braccio per le scale a rischio di cadere visto che erano dissestate e storte. Ho chiesto supporto all’help desk di Urbanflat appena arrivato in camera a causa dei letti non fatti, di internet che non ha mai funzionato e soprattutto della muffa che era sulle pareti. Dopo la prima notte mio nipote, mio figlio e mia cognata hanno avuto problemi di raffreddore e di respirazione forse dovuto all’umidità. Ho chiamato ben 5 volte per avere la wifi funzionante, dicevano che sarebbero passati ma non sono mai venuti. Sinceramente mi meraviglio che un’organizzazione come Expedia non verifichi lo stato a dir poco terribile di strutture come questa, che peraltro e’ costata quasi 400 euro a notte! Vi invito a fare una inspection a sorpresa e capirete il mio malumore e la profonda delusione per un pessimo soggiorno. A questo punto vi faccio richiesta del rimborso totale per un soggiorno terribile praticamente non goduto a causa di questi enormi disservizi. Grazie per l’attenzione che darete con il rimborso del soggiorno, Expedia punta da sempre sulla client satisfaction ma questa volta è andata male a me ed alla mia famiglia.
