Maison Eugenie was a terrific flavor of Paris! As an American, I felt welcomed, accommodated in language and service. It was very clean, the breakfast was abundant and it was so near the Metro! Can’t miss!

This is a wonderful hotel with classic French design, there are nearby restaurants, staff very welcoming and helpful with breakfast option. Bolt is the best route to access landmarks and sightseeing due to the distance. There is a grocery market. I would recommend this hotel for Solo travellers and couples.

Location to Metro and journey time from Gare du Nord was perfect. Staff were helpful throughout. Start thinking about it for next year's birthday.

The room was small. The shower was great! If you're from North America bring your own facecloth if you need one. The towels were just adequate. The location was good - close to Metro and laundry facilities.

Arrived 30 minutes prior to check in time and serviceman would not allow for us to check in "early" after walking over a mile from the train station. He seemed to be preoccupied with his phone versus helping guests. When I inquired with him about available shopping and dining in the area, he was not interested in assisting us. Perhaps they should hire people who actually want to be of service to guests. Room was lovely and restaurant was very nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to a train and metro station and there are multiple dining options you could easily walk to. The hotel has accomodations needed to get you thru the a few days; this is to say, do not expect accomodations to be the size you might be used to if you are from USA. The bathroom was tiny and there is barely any space to put your suitcases in. The staff was amazing and they have breakfast included which is more than enough to start your day.

What I looked for in a Paris hotel is its accessibility to the Paris landmarks and its proximity to a metro. This quaint, boutique, hotel checked all the boxes. Maison Eugenie has cozy, rooms, with beautiful wallpaper. A bit small but it gives you a feel for what French homes are like. It has a lift but it’s tight. A great restaurant and great staff that made us feel welcomed. There are plenty of restaurants around the neighborhood, a mini supermarket, and the Port Cardinet train station -all within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and certainly will return!

Super cute boutique hotel right in the middle of a fabulous district in downtown Paris. Very walkable location and it made you feel like you were in a movie. Only downsides were no AC and the shower and bathroom were quite small.

Good location nice hotel

Very nice hotel, good location, superior room small but convenient, good wifi and reception staff nice. The only drawback is the staff from breakfast very unprofessional and quiet rude when asking to pay a coffee because i asked 8 min after end of breakfast.

Rooms are aged, sink clogged and Air Conditioning is not working, was told it was too old to be repaired, good luck with the summer. To add to this, impossible to open the windows due to extreme noise
