This is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the lifts at Park City and the small village there.
Property is very clean and updated. Very cute little room. When I say little, I mean TINY. It's a challenge staying there with 2 people and a bunch of winter/ski gear. Room has small closet and a small dresser which has stuff in it for coffee, remotes, etc. Not really any room to put any clothes in or much of anything on it.
Also has a microwave and a small fridge. No way of really cooking/eating meals there as there is no room--no room for a table or anything.
Bathroom is ridiculously-small. Shower barely fits one person. I'm a bigger guy and struggled to do much of anything in the shower.
Shower drained very slowly (immediately standing in a puddle of water). I reached out to the property manager and they dropped off a bottle of Draino. Could have actually cleared the clog rather than just dropping that off.
Main problem was the room was HOT. When I mean hot, I mean HOT! Like 80 degrees+! We had the window open the whole time (even overnight) and it was barely cool enough to sleep. Heat was turned all the way down. I mentioned this to the property manager. They asked whether the heat was turned down--it was--and I never heard anything back.
I'd say, good place to stay during warmer months where you're not carrying a bunch of gear. But, during the winter, it's just too small. They do have a ski locker for your stuff but pretty much everywhere stores skis for you in the area--if you rent skis there--so we never used the locker.
Had I known it was that small I would have rented somewhere else. Property manager could have done a better job of handling the two things we complained about--slow-draining shower and room too hot.
