I highly recommend this rental if you want to be near Main Street. Location is great, with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The house well stocked. Erik is a great communicator.

Girls getaway

Easy check in. Had a little issue with the hot water but the property manager was quick to respond and helped usfigure it out. Location was nice, walking distance to main.

Wonderful girls weekend stay

This property is wonderful! Four of us stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect! We all had our own rooms and the amenities are great. It's an easy walk to Main Street for shopping and amazing restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to ski and explore Park City.

Amazing location. 3 min walk to skiing and easy walk to Main Street. Host was incredibly helpful and the place was perfect for our trip.

Incredible Place in Park City

This place was so great. Such a perfect location to both the slopes and downtown. Can’t recommend it enough. Oh and be sure to read the ski run tips in the kitchen. They are awesome.

Great property and location

This was a great property with an excellent location. The property was completely as advertised and the communication with the owner was timely. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table as well.

We spent our Thanksgiving in Park City and love the location of the home. Easy walk down to the downtown and short drive to grocery store. House was well equipped for a great Thanksgiving stay.

The house was great! Location is just off of main street and a short walk to the slopes. The house was well stocked with nearly anything you could need and Erik was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend this home!

Park City - close to main street

Great location near Main Street (but be prepared to walk the steps! Unit was well furnished with items like paper towels, kitchen accessories and coffee. Large kitchen table, but smaller TV room space. Beds were comfy in all 4 bedrooms. Comprehensive info packet was emailed prior to entry with lots of local tips and restaurant suggestions. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our adult children!! You can't beat the location! Every bed was very comfortable and the rooms were just as nice as their description. The only tricky part was that you need to enter the jacuzzi by walking through the king bedroom with the bunk beds... but we made it work and the jacuzzi was nice and hot and easy to use! We were able to enjoy cooking several times in the kitchen and once on the BBQ. They have EVERYTHING that you would need!! The microwave developed a weird problem and I'm guessing because it was a long weekend (4th of July) no one was able to come to get it working, so we did without it. But we made do just fine, and we all had a really awesome family vacation together! Eric was fantastic to communicate with! We really appreciated all of the great info he gave to us before our trip. Thanks so much for sharing your incredible property with us!! D

Ski Trip

This place was perfect for our ski trip with 2 families. We stayed in the village the year prior, but preferred the walk to Main St that this house offered. Erik was an amazing host and in constant communication. We paid extra to have groceries stocked on arrival and Crystal did an excellent job. The walk to get to Quit-in time was very doable with 4 kids (ages 11, 13). Some skied back to house and others were more comfortable skiing back to steps to take the short walk back. The garage space to take everything off and store equipment was awesome. We would absolutely stay here again!

Checks All the Boxes!

This property was an ideal fit for our ladies' trip. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, and we felt right at home. Baths are well-stocked, the kitchen has everything you need (and more!), beds are comfortable and common rooms are cozy. The game room is a great bonus -- we enjoyed pool, darts and karaoke. The location is perfect -- two staircases down to the middle of Main Street, with easy access to shopping and dining (and skiing, in season). No car needed -- we hiked down to Silver Star and took the shuttle bus back. The owner/host is very accommodating and responsive, and provided extensive information about the house and available activities prior to check-in. Thanks to the on-site manager, who provided shopping services, we arrived to a fridge full of provisions without worrying how we'd get groceries back. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Surpassed our (already high) expectations!

Our son was getting married near Park City and our experience at 421 could not have been better. We had my son, daughter and son-in-law and their three month old baby with us — and it turns out the house is extremely-insulated, we never heard him cry! It’s the perfect location for the welcome party (at the No Name Saloon) and rehearsal dinner (at Grappa). It was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had the rehearsal on the driveway and the 8 groomsmen got ready at the house. Windows make the whole place bright. And the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!

Amazing

The house was perfect for our two families of 4 (we had 2 teen girls and 2 ten year old boys). Best parts were comfy memory foam beds, super clean house/carpet, kitchen/house stocked with pantry/shampoo items, and location was truly ski in/out (ski out 10 houses down, ski in 5 houses down). Town is an easy 5 minute walk where there are tons of restaurants and shopping. Erik texted before, during, and after our stay. We lost a bag on the was so I texted that night at 6pm and he gave me a store recommendation that was open until 9pm to replace our ski gear. I also let him know ping pong paddles were worn and he had some shipped to us the next day. We used his property manager for grocery delivery (cost + .35% markup) so there was food upon our late arrival. Hands down the best owner I've ever worked with. 100% I recommend to stay here and we would book again.

Ideal location and excellent for families!

We loved our stay here and would absolutely consider booking again if we return to Park City. The location is hard to beat. It is literally steps from Old Town for shopping and eating. You can easily walk your skis up to Quit'n Time and ski down to the Town lift. Since we were traveling with younger children (6 and 4), we also drove to ski school at Park City Mountain. It was an easy drive. Buses run to the mountain too, but we didn't utilize them. Pros: - Location, location, location. So convenient to everything and the views from the house were lovely. - Erik was a very responsive host. He even checked in via text during our stay to see how we were doing. - The kitchen is stocked with spices, coffee, tea, and all the gadgets you need to cook at home. The bathrooms had body wash. There was laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There were so many extra towels which was useful because we had 7 in our party. - The hot tub! It was clean and easy to use. - Good laundry set up. - Easy check in and check out process. Cons: - Honestly, there were not really any cons. The property is older but is true to the photos and was clean. The family room area was a bit smaller in real life but we all fit comfortably for movies and relaxation. (For reference, our group had 4 adults and three kids ages 6, 4, and 4). The dining table accommodated 11 one night for dinner! From our experience, this is an excellent spot for a family with young kids. We loved our time here.
