Experience the allure of Park City Blackstone 3D, a stylishly decorated retreat perfectly situated for all-season adventures in Canyons Village. Just steps from the Cabriolet lift, this prime location puts you close to dining, shopping, and mountain access. Whether hitting the slopes in winter or exploring Park City's trails in summer, the free Electric Express at the nearby Transit Hub makes it easy to visit Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and more.



This one-level property offers 1,188 square feet over two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, as well as a full sofa sleeper. This newly built and modern home can easily accommodate up to six guests in comfort.



You will enter this unit via the garage and elevator taking you to the third floor condo. Stepping into the home, you will be in the main common space with living room, kitchen and dining areas; all with lovely hardwood flooring throughout.



Living Room: This room offers gorgeous contemporary style furniture including a sofa sleeper, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto the adjacent deck and enjoy surrounding resort and golf course views. You'll find outdoor furnishings and a BBQ grill.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space features stainless steel Viking appliances, stone countertops, and bar seating for four.



Dining Room: This dining area offers seating for six.

Great location and amenities

The property had everything we needed. But more importantly for us, it was incredibly convenient to get to the Canyons to ski. The free shuttle in the area picked us up right from the front door and dropped us off at the Red Pines Gondola. We would definitely come back again for another stay.

Located walking distance to the cabriolet lift that takes you to the ski resort base. Very modern and fancy condo. Underground heated parking with 2 spots. Walls are very thin though, so can hear people talking, hear the tv etc, from the living room while you are sleeping in the bedroom.

Beautiful property close to Park City

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It is very spacious and beautiful. We skied in Deer Valley and it was a very easy drive to the slopes about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this property.

Great 2 bedroom located in the Canyons

Great 2 bedroom with excellent location at the Canyons ski resort and overlooks the golf course. Only negative is the couch, it’s a sofa couch and not comfortable for 3-4 adults to sit on. Washer and dryer and half bathroom is a plus. Underground heated parking lot with 2 spaces was very convenient as well.

Property Manger changed Units.

This review is not for the unit I rented but the unit the property management switched me to without asking or me knowing. The unit was similar but had different sleeping arrangements and view. With different sleeping arrangement my business partner was forces to go rent a hotel for part of the week when his wife arrived.

There were four of that stayed here. We loved it. Super clean. Walking distance to the cabriolet lift to get us to the canyons resort base. The views were incredible and lucky that is snowed. The hottub was a nice amenity to have as well. Fireplace nice and super clean place. Would stay here again.
