Property manager was very helpful

We had an issue involving maintenance but the property manager was extremely helpful. He got back to me immediately and addressed my concerns. Thank you!

Nice but lacks privacy

The place was very clean and the location was perfect but I would not stay here again. My wife and I went to have a romantic weekend and the room was not private. The balcony was shared with the room next door. That really sucked. The only natural sunlight in the room was from the balcony screen-door which we had to cover with blinds for privacy purposes. Also the room was tiny and the front door to the room was facing and only 8 feet from the room next to us which meant we could hear our neighbors everytime they came in and out of their room.

Generally very good condition. No real complaints other than the shower design - weak flow and a seat/step in an awkward place - and too much latent heat - we had to leave the window open a lot.

Ski Getaway

Good location to access Canyons base. Canyons shuttle was great for getting around area and to bus locations. Room had mini fridge and microwave so we could eat breakfast in room. Two plates and bowls and flatware sets. Had to wash dishes in bathroom which was a tad awkward but still nice to have eat-in option. When I broke my leg and we had to make a quick exit a day early, take an ambulance to SLC, and pack, Kristin (property manager) was very helpful. She sent us a package of items we inadvertently left behind in the chaos. Normally out departure would have been more attentive.
