Park City Silver Star Ultimate is a 2,600 square foot, a 3-story large corner-end unit with four bedrooms (all with a private bath), and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 12 guests in complete comfort.

You will access the property from the communal garage right into the 1st level of the home and family room. Up one level is the spacious main living area holding the living room, gourmet kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Located on the 2nd level, this roomy yet cozy space offers comfortable leather furnishings, warm gas fireplace, 55" Smart TV with Direct TV, Apple TV and Sonos (whole house system). There is a wall of windows to bring in plenty of natural light and views. Off the living room is a private balcony with patio seating and a BBQ.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for easy prep of your homemade meals, and offers Viking appliances, including a gas range, stone counters and a center island with seating for four, and lovely hardwood flooring.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has seating for up to eight guests and plenty of natural light and views.

Family Room: This great gathering space is located on the first/entry level and offers comfortable furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, 50” HD TV DirecTV, Apple TV, and Xbox 360. There is also access to the patio featuring a private hot tub that overlooks the Park City golf course.

Silver Star Amenities: The Silver Star community offers a private Silver Star shuttle, heated community pool and large Jacuzzi, and a fitness center. On-site is the Silver Star Cafe featured as a top restaurant on Diners, Dives, and Drive-in's. Great spot for après ski or stop and get a for a cup of coffee before heading up the lift. On-site you have access to a lift-ticket window, the Silver Star chair lift, and a ski/snowboard rental shop.
