"We spent three nights at the Best Western Grand Hotel Francais and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful (other than one somewhat minor issue) and the hotel itself was outstanding. The room was not large, but it was very comfortable. The property is in a great location right in the heart of downtown Bordeaux and easy to walk to almost all of the attractions. The small issue was with the bathroom door handle coming off which was not fixed the night we identified it to the front desk- but we were able to work around it and it did not affect our stayl"
