「Very friendly and pleased to help. Great food. We should have asked for a room change as we had a screaming child in the next room. We were given an interconnecting room so sadly heard the family trying to put a very noisy child to sleep. It’s not the families fault, we were just tired from a long drive, as a result we did not request a different room. Despite this negative, I can recommend this hotel. It was very clean, comfy bed and good food. 」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Nous avons été bien accueillis. L'hôte s'est assuré de mettre à disposition un lit parapluie dans notre chambre pour notre bébé, comme cela avait été proposé lors de la réservation. Les locaux sont clairs et propres. Chambre spacieuse avec bouilloire et climatisation. Literie très confortable. Environnement calme. Npus avons passé une très bonne nuit et reviendrons sans hésiter lors de nos passages à Dijon. 」

「Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.」
