Very satisfied with the checking-out process. The room was very clean and huge. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion. I would definitely go back again, if given the opportunity.

The front desk staff really wasn’t very friendly at all. Not at check in and not any other interaction I had with them. They did not go above and beyond and seemed bothered or just doing their job. The hotel is beautiful, in a way, but mostly dated. The beds were very clean but the hallways had cobwebs and spiders. They pool wasn’t that clean. They floor seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and the level of chlorine was terrible. One housekeeper was the nicest staff person who held the door for me and greeted me a few times and wished me well. The pool staff was ok. Generally speaking, I would stay here again but it would be out of convenience and because the beds were clean. The carpets seem like they haven’t been changed in years.

Nice property I stayed at with my family for 5 nights. Good large sized room but facility is definitely showing its age with worn carpets and A/C that was rattling and bathroom with missing drain plug and old shower head. The service and hotel staff were great and very responsive
