"My family had an excellent experience. We did get lost coming in, as google kept translating the address as in golden BC not Nicholson. We contacted the host and she got us to her where she personally drove up and let us follow her. The customer service was so amazing. The main sleep area had the most comfortable bed, pillows and blanket ever! The bathroom was beautiful,the windows all the way around provide a beautiful visual and the hot tub was very nice. We had a great experience."

"I am sorry to have to leave this review, but considering the price we paid, the condition of the property was simply not acceptable. There were nail clippings on the living-room floor and hairs on the toilet seat. We were also visited every night by a mouse that came to eat from the rubbish bin. We could hear rats or mice inside the walls gnawing on something.Overall, the property itself is pleasant, but it is absolutely not worth the price we paid. "We stayed for two nights. Clear instructions were given with regard to parking, and how to access the room as they have no check-in. It was easy, and they even asked how we liked the temperature to be when we check in. Water, snacks, and pop were provided. It was spotless, and we really enjoyed our stay. Next time we stay in Golden, it’ll definitely be our top choice."

The Kicking Horse River and River Walk was right beside the Motel with easy walking (very close by) to Pedestrian bridge, Spirit Square with a Farmer's Market, shopping, breweries and restaurants. Town is clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again :-)"

"The cabin was super cozy! We stayed here for two nights and loved it. It was the perfect little getaway with great scenery surrounding the cabin. It was close enough to Golden if we needed anything and the little general store in Parson was also convenient for an emergency item.The cabin was beautiful and well-equipped. We would stay here again! The host also answered any questions we had in a timely manner."
