「We booked a King Suite with Sofa. The first one we were issued the sofa cushions were totally falling apart and sofa was dirty with dirty spots that had not been cleaned. Before putting our luggage in this unacceptabke room we went the front desk. I asked to be moved to a room in better shape and the desk clerk appologized and said it was appox 4:30 not all guests had checked in so as an an attempt to solve the problem he moved us into another King Ste but again the sofa cushions were...
