「This was a great property and centrally located within walking distance of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy and the property owner was responsive to all questions we had. We would 100% stay here again!」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

「Excellent property in a perfect location to walk to most of the historic sites and local businesses. It is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the food service is great. A wonderful stay. 」

「Room was horrible. Mattress was stained, lamps were rusted and dirty, water on the washroom floor. Gout in bathroom moldy and dirty. Very dated. Needs major renovations. If I could have got my money back I would have left. Staff was great. 」

「This is an amazing house and I’m so glad we chose to stay here. We had a large group and everyone had a beautiful room to sleep comfortably in. The house has clearly had thought and care put into every inch of the home. It has been meticulously renovated and everything from the floor in every single room to the curtains to the decor to the furniture is beautiful and top notch. They clearly spared no expense. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the house and will definitely be staying again!...
