「The general manager Chelsey was amazing!」

「It is okay 」

「Good」

「The property is old but well kept. The bathroom door handle was falling apart. Room furniture needs updating.」

「Staff was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was warm. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Easy for us to get around in New Castle. Ladies at the front desk are efficient.」

「很好」

「Great value! My 4-star maintenance rating is simply due to the age of the property, not the quality of service. If you're looking for a great value and genuinely good people, this is a **5-star deal!**」

「My boyfriend and I have stayed at this property multiple times and their hospitality, room quality and amenities remain consistent.」
