“Pete was a great host. He was very quick to reply with inquires. The living room furniture and beds were comfortable, updated kitchen appliances, good shower, nice towels, plenty of parking, easy temperature control, great location, and quiet. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great.
