About this property

Amazing House Directly on Bay with Pool, Pier and Beautiful Sunsets

  • This beautifully decorated, very spacious house is located on the Bay of St. Louis with a great porch facing the water where you can take in the beautiful sunsets. There is a private pier with swimming and boating access. It also has a pool on the waterfront with heat available for an additional fee. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The living, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other and very spacious, great for a large family! The fully stocked chef's kitchen has a 5-burner gas stovetop with a hooded vent, a double convection oven, large pantry, Quartzite countertops, and an island with barstools. The enormous dining/living/den across the rear of the house have 20 foot ceilings, with 2 large French door sets that open to the 2nd story covered porch overlooking the pool and the Bay. Between the living and dining area is a gas fireplace, providing a nice, relaxing ambiance on a cold evening. The space under the house is very big with a table and chairs as well as some rockers and loungers for sitting around the pool area. There is a storage shed that has a full bath as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer. Five bikes are provided to enjoy a nice ride through this beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. A ping pong table is also available for guests to use. There is a public boat launch about 5 minutes from the house. And the beautiful, white sandy beach is a very short car ride or bike ride for the adventurous!
    Boat lift attached to pier is available for an additional fee. Must be a V-hull boat no more than 24' and 8,000lbs.

Repeat Stay!

Have stayed here a few times and there’s a reason for that. Great location, very comfortable, and the pool is wonderful. Communication with Harriet is always prompt and responsive.

The best family vacation

This place was the ultimate house on the bay for families. The kids stayed busy with ping pong, swings, swimming, fishing, crabbing, and riding bikes. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets and swinging out on the dock. We will DEFINITELY be back.

This property had EVERYTHING we were looking for. The location was perfect and it had all the equipment and toys we wanted - crab nets, fishing poles, cast net, bikes. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about the home.They can use more towels for guestrooms. The neighbor was nice and friendly. We recommend this home the owner reply quickly. Enjoyed it and will be renting this property on our next get-away.

Ole Fashion Southern Summer Trip

Great place! The bay was perfect for skiing, tubing or any other water sport. The view was fantastic, Sunsets and sunrises. Fishing under lights off the end of the pier was great. The crabs we caught were huge! We brought our own traps, but they had some there already. Use Fish heads! Those produced the most. Swimming pool kept the kids busy and the location was phenomenal.

Great place for family /friends get away

Beautiful spacious home for a great weekend get away. Loved that they had bikes, ping pong and a basketball goal to enjoy along with the pool! We will be back!

We brought home 22 large fish! in between time on the pier, my kids played basketball, threw football on the nearby sandy beach, & swam in the bay . Your large dining room table, kitchen and living area was perfect for gathering! More than enough sleeping spaces. Wonderful memories!

Great bayfront location and wonderful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property directly on the bay. It was a great place to spend quality time with extended family we invited, including relaxing on the porch together, fishing and watching sunsets from the swing on its pier. The house is nicely decorated, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Also, my wife is persnickety when it comes to cleanliness and it passed her test, she was very happy. We felt at home here.

Truly a blessing! This place is 'Heaven on earth'!

The pictures do not do this place justice justice. It is absolutely beautiful! And God blessed our youth group with this last minute opportunity. Spacious, clean, peaceful, beautifully decorated, all the conveniences of home and then some. The kids enjoyed fishing from the beautiful pier, swimming, boating, tubing and knee boarding in the bay, breakfast on the balcony and outdoor Mass. Harriet, thank you for all you did to make this stay special for our group. God bless you for your kindness! The kids cannot stop thanking me and talking about how much fun they had. Looking forward to another stay.

The house was amazing! We’ll definitely be back! First the not great things: The pool was super cloudy the entire time we were there, the gnats were terrible, and we lost water for about 4 hrs during critical pre-bedtime baths for kids. The lack of storage containers was frustrating bc putting things in ziploc bags is just not optimal. The upstairs bedrooms were too bright; as a mom of many, I’d highly recommend blackout curtains in all bedrooms. But those things definitely didn’t damper our fun at all. Now pros:My husband and son fished their hearts out, often not coming in till close to midnight. We crabbed, we fished, we swam, we enjoyed time with each other doing NOTHING. And it was just what we needed. The pots and pans were great. The seating areas were great (some of the dining chairs sink really low). The fans near the seating areas helped tremendously with gnats. And the views were stunning. There were plenty of linens, and even the bathrooms had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The master bathtub was so relaxing to bathe in once I bought a plug for it. Overall, we LOVED the house and the location! We will definitely be back. One final thing that would make all of these water front houses better would be having some sort of lift for loading/unloading supplies/groceries. It could lift directly to the porch areas, but man that would be a huge GameChanger for my knees.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. We had plenty of room and all the amenities needed. We enjoyed swimming, riding bikes, fishing and crabbing. The views are beautiful and relaxing also. Lots of pictures taken and memories made!

Loved this home!

It’s a great place to relax and just hang out. Enough room for everyone so your not on top of eachother. Awesome views. The construction started a bit to early for us that was happening on other properties around us but 6-6:30am is to early to hear all of that. Haha. But otherwise a fabulous place. And would stay here again.

This property was filthy.

Booked specifically for a property with a pool. Pool was not usable from Wednesday until late Saturday. One so called bedroom is a laundry room with a bed pushed against the wall. From half eaten donuts in bedroom drawers to absolute filth under furniture, it was disgusting. Stove hood filled with grease, AC vents and bathroom vents black! Frig smelled of spoiled food and freezer nasty. Manager notified and I was thanked for critique. Did receive a very small credit!!!!! Beyond disappointing!!!

Great property!

We rented this place for a girls trip and it was perfect! We spent a lot of time in the pool, under the house, and in the living room. Big and great for large groups. We also cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed

The house was very nice. The only problem we had was we couldn't swim in the pool it was cloudy and we couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The house was spacious and very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.
